From fitting to pickup

  1. 1

    Clients book on your page

Home visits, fittings at the shop or a drop-off, on your own page in your colors. Real open times only, with a deposit if you take one.

  2. 2

You measure and take it in

One screen at the counter or in a living room: client, measurements, each garment and the work, a price, rush or not. Print claim tags with a QR code.

  3. 3

    They know when it's ready

Move a garment to Ready and the client gets an email. They see every item on their account, pay the invoice by card and pick up, or you deliver or mail it.

For the counter and the road

Many shops do both, on one calendar.

Storefront shops

Walk-ins and drop-offs at the counter, claim tags, and a pickup shelf that tells clients when it's ready.

Clients always know where things stand

Every garment moves from received to ready, and the client sees it on their account and gets an email when it's done. A reminder goes out the day before each visit.

Paid to you, not to us

Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account and bank. Deposits are credited on the final invoice automatically, and Ctrl/Alt takes no cut.

Everything in one studio

Works on a phone in a client's hallway, a tablet at the counter, or a laptop at night. Add it to your home screen like an app.

Online booking

Working hours per day, travel buffers, blocked time, minimum notice and service ZIP codes. Clients reschedule or cancel inside your rules.

Garment board

Every item from received to delivered, rush items flagged with their need-by date, and an invoice button when it's ready.

Intake and claim tags

Walk-ins and bookings in one flow, with your price list filling in the work and price. Printable tags and claim tickets with QR codes.

Measurements with history

Measured at home, at a pop-up or at the counter, with a log of who took each one. Clients can send updates for you to approve.

Deposits and invoices

Take a deposit when they book, credit it on the final invoice automatically, and get paid by card. Refunds from the studio.

Reminders that send themselves

Clients get a reminder the day before their visit. You get tomorrow's agenda, and clients get a fit check a few days after pickup.

Pop-ups and home visits

Publish pop-ups at partner locations with reservable spots. They block your home-visit calendar automatically.

Questions

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The 30-day trial needs no card. Subscribe whenever you're ready and you keep the rest of your trial days.

What happens if I don't subscribe?

Nothing is deleted. When the trial ends, the studio becomes read-only and online booking pauses. You can still sign in, see everything and export it, and subscribing turns it all back on.

How do card payments work?

You connect a Stripe account in a few minutes. Deposits and invoices are paid straight to it and pay out to your bank. You pay Stripe's standard card fee; Ctrl/Alt takes no cut.

I already use Stripe. Can I keep it?

Yes. Your existing account stays as it is. When you connect, Stripe lets you reuse your verified business details and bank account, and Ctrl/Alt payments arrive in a separate account under your business.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. They book on your web page and sign in to their account with a code sent to their email. It works on any phone.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite staff, who do the daily work, and front desk, who handle intake and the board without seeing invoices or payments. Everyone signs in with their own email.

Can I bring my client list?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet (CSV). Ctrl/Alt shows you a preview, skips duplicates and explains any rows it can't import before anything is saved.
